Ramona White (she/her) is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist with master’s degrees in both school counseling and psychology. Ramona helps individuals connect with their strengths and use those strengths as a foundation for personal growth, resilience, and greater life satisfaction. She believes that through a strong therapeutic relationship, clients can develop meaningful goals and move toward experiencing the world in a more fulfilling and empowered way.
Ramona integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques to support individuals in building insight and developing practical tools to ease distressing symptoms. She works with adults (18-65+), teens, and preteens, and has particular expertise in supporting clients through life transitions, codependency, and change-related challenges.
With years of experience working in public schools, nonprofit organizations, and private practice, Ramona brings a well-rounded perspective to her work with individuals and families. This broad background gives her a unique lens when supporting clients of all ages and walks of life.
Her areas of specialty include anxiety, depression, dual diagnosis, and mood disorders. She also provides support around addiction, ADHD, grief, self-esteem, parenting, relationship challenges, and identity development. Ramona is passionate about serving LGBTQ+ clients and is an affirming and inclusive ally. She is also committed to racial justice and body positivity.
