Pam’s practice focuses on supporting pre-teens, teens, and adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, or medical issues. With warmth, kindness, and humor, Pam utilizes therapeutic modalities that emphasize identifying values and strengths to help her clients build insight and develop self-advocacy skills as they learn to create and maintain positive change.
Pam brings 25 years of clinical experience from community mental health and medical settings. She grew up in the Chicago area, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Chicago.
