Lauren is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who takes the time to truly understand her clients’ personality, values, strengths, and goals. She works collaboratively with them to navigate challenges by building upon their resilience and develop strategies for healing and growth. She works with individuals, couples, and families across all ages, with a passion for supporting teens and young adults. Lauren has experience supporting clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship and peer issues, body image and self-esteem challenges, decreased motivation, and perfectionism. Lauren takes a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs whether they prefer a structured process or a more open, exploratory space. In her work, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as elements of Solution-Focused Therapy, Family Systems, and Attachment Theory.

Lauren as warm, supportive, easy to talk to, and accepting. When she’s not working, Lauren enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new recipes, listening to a wide range of podcasts, and making her way through her Goodreads list one book at a time.
