Jamie Wendt

Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Supervised by Danielle Chebabi, LMFT

Jamie is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who creates a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where clients can truly be themselves. She knows that life’s challenges can be big or small. Regardless of the size, they can feel overwhelming at times, and she works to ensure that therapy feels like a place where you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

Jamie works with children, young adults, and couples who are navigating a wide range of emotional and relational struggles, including anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, and women’s issues. She understands that these challenges can affect not only how you feel day to day but also how you see yourself and connect with others. By meeting clients where they are, Jamie helps them feel supported while also equipping them with tools to move forward.

Her approach is both holistic and collaborative. Jamie believes that therapy is not about giving quick fixes but about uncovering the deeper roots of what’s going on and building long-term strategies for growth. She works side by side with her clients, helping them develop emotional awareness and discover new ways of coping with life’s challenges. Her goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling more self-aware, in control, and grounded.

If you’re a parent seeking support for your child, a young adult navigating life transitions, or a couple wanting to strengthen your relationship, Jamie brings openness, empathy, and commitment to each session. She believes that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, and she wants to help her clients uncover their strengths and step into a more fulfilling version of themselves. Jamie works with Aetna insurance and she also works with Victims of Crime cases through CalVCB, ensuring greater access to care for those who need it.
