Anna (she/Ella) is a bilingual Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who is committed to providing compassionate and culturally responsive care to individuals and families. Specializing in anxiety, depression, stress, and family conflict, Anna draws from a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and family systems to help clients build on their existing strengths and move toward meaningful, lasting growth.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Anna is passionate about making therapy accessible and inclusive. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, offering a warm, collaborative space where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether navigating low self-esteem, grief, or relationship challenges, clients are guided with care and clarity as they take steps toward healing.
Anna understands that starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially for first-time clients or families new to the process. She brings a calm and grounded presence to each session, meeting people where they are and empowering them to move forward at their own pace.
Anna is currently in network with Aetna and proudly serves individuals through the California Victims of Crime (CalVCB) program, ensuring services are accessible to those in need of support after trauma. Anna is dedicated to walking alongside each client on their path to resilience, transformation, and renewed confidence.
